This is Calgary Rocketry's annual Sullivan Lake event.
For the Primary site at Sullivan Lake/Rock Lake, the fire permit has been Denied!
At the Alternate site in Spondin, it is a 1-day Saturday event.

The Primary site for the event has had its fire permit denied.
The Alternate site for the event is at Hanna / Spondin.
September 25th is our last chance to run this particular event.

For the registration; We will open up online payments once the event is a go, which means 2-3 days before the event date you will get a notice to pay the fee. We are doing this to save having to issue refunds and you having to pay upfront months out.  You will receive a link to pay after registration which you can use when the online system is open. But we will also send you that at the launch go decision time.
